Key Features
Management and Accounting:
Site managers can track expenses, malfunctions, dues and heating costs via the website and mobile application and create reports. Additionally, management operations can be performed via these platforms.
Payment and Information:
Residents can make their dues payments via the app and view their past payments or debt information. Additionally, administrators will be able to notify residents via the app in case of emergency with notifications.
Security and Tracking:
The entrance and exit information of strangers entering the building is recorded with the facial recognition system. Photos of suspicious behavior or people with covered faces are sent to security or the authorized unit.
Ease of Access:
Residents will be able to remotely open garage doors and building doors via the mobile application. In addition, instant information about parking spaces will be sent to the application, eliminating the hassle of searching for an empty parking space.
Future Plans:
The project currently produces solutions for public housing, but in later stages it can be adapted to different places such as airports, shopping malls and other social areas.
